Cybercrime is a greater threat now than ever due to the sheer number of people connected to electronic devices, but what exactly is it? In short, it’s simply the crime of stealing personal data, violating intellectual property rights, forgery, or cyberstalking. Cybercrime covers a wide range of different attacks and is briefly defined as “any crime committed using a computer network or computer device.”
